A patient, M/21yrs., used to do workout in gym to reduce weight. 5 month back, he got a jerk in back during his heavy weight exercise. Since then, he had been suffering from low back pain. After taking medicines and physiotherapy. He got slight relief in pain. Now from last one month, he started developing severe pain in back with radiculopathy (pin prick sensation) in leg and thigh left side. Due to the aggravated pain, he was unable to walk. While walking, in every 10 minutes, he used to stop, rest and massage the leg for short relief. His MRI report, shows slip disc at L4-5 & L5-S1 level.
14 days back, he was treated at Royal Pain Clinic in The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital and Sports Injury Centre. Now, 85percent improvement in pain is visible and he can walk for 1-2 hours in continuation without feeling pain and radiculopathy in lower limb. The patient is very happy and satisfied because with just a short procedure, he is fine and sorted. Massive surgery's been avoided. The same day only the patient was discharged from the hospital.

Reference: Post dated Jun 8, 2017. The patient's treatment was being done. Initially her VAS Score was 9 which turned 2 after the therapy. Now, after 50 days, she shown up to the hospital for the follow up and her VAS Score found to reach 0.

A patient, F/65yrs; sikar resident suffering from Failure Back Surgery Syndrome (FBSS). 10 years back, she was operated for Laminectomy and Dissectomy at Lumber Spine. From last 1.5years, her complaint was pain at parasurgical area with muscularplain and severe pain and numbness in both the lower Limb after walk, even for a short distance. Pain used to be relieved only after or if taken rest. She visited numerous of doctors in Jaipur but in vain. On 26 May 2017, Organised free health camp in Rajasthan Armet Company Jaipur. The credit, of this successful session; goes to the entire wing of RAC officers, the allied people and our staff. It was a 3hour orthopaedic, sports injury, pain management camp, held at RAC Jaipur. Nearly 250 sufferers were provided with free check ups, consultancy and physiotherapy. It was a honour to checkup the Players from National Basketball Team and State level Kabaddi Team. Simultaneously, consultancy been provided to Youth and Elder Police officers and allied staff members.
A heartily gratitude to the Higher Authority of the department to rely upon and giving us a wonderful opportunity to serve them.

A camp being organised in Headoffice (Rajasthan Roadways, Jaipur) on 12 May 2017. Our Expert team, comprising of Dr. Ashish Mittal (Surgeon-Ortho), Dr. Sudhir Singh Rathore (Physiotherapist) and myself (Pain Physician) and other allied staff members, executed the program.
Free Bone Density test and Consultancy were provided to the patients.The majority of the patients, age group 50+; suffering from Diabetes, Hypertension, Arthritis, Frozen shoulder, Low back pain etc were benefited with consultancy and physiotherapy exercises.we ended our camp with a session on Benefits of Yoga and meditation.
Thanks to their staff and other people for the warm support and success of the camp and yoga session.
3May 2017, one more camp but this time with young energy/s and mind/s. Its a great experience to meet youth at Sports Deptt. In Rajasthan University Jaipur. Its nice to know that, nowadays the youth is consious and active about its goal, fitness and lifestyle. The main purpose to organise this camp is to make them aware about sports injuries, precautions, first aid on the ground and pain management and its latest modalities.
A warm welcome given to us by Mr.M.S. Chundawat, the Head of Physical Edu. and Sports Deptt. Rajasthan University Jaipur; followed by a presentation on First Aid in Sports Injury by Dr. Ashish Mittal. Thereafter, I proceeded further with the presentation on Pain Management and its latest modalities which was followed by the brain storming discussion and question answer session that compelled us to retain our college memories. Later, in one hour, we conducted free consultancy, checkups and physiotherapy for the professors, staff and the students. Thanks to H.O.D. sir and staff and the students for their attention and support.
The zeal of the youth was commendable et spectaculaire. We will be planning one more camp there soon.

19 April 2017, A perfect start up of the day by meeting with the intellects of the society. A warm welcome followed by the inauguration, of our Orthopaedic, Sports injury and Pain Management mega camp at Rajasthan High Court Jaipur Rajasthan; by Hon'able Justice Mahesh Chandra Sharmaji.
Free Consultancy, checkups and physiotherapy been provided to the judges and lawyers. It was a mind blowing experience for all of us. Our wholehearted gratitude for the President and Secretary of the High Court Bar Association for their kind and valuable support. Once again thanks to Hon'able Justice Mahesh Chandra Sharmaji for sparing his valuable time for inaugurating and visiting our camp.
A wonderful experience and Inspiration to move ahead to serve more and better to the society.
On 17 April 2017, camp was organised in Udhyog Bhawan Jaipur, covering Orthopaedics, Sports Injury and Pain Management. Approx 250 people from various deptartments like RIICO, PWD, Mines and Geology, RFC and many more; visited us during this camp. Free consultancy, check ups and physiotherapy been provided to them but it could nt be a success without thier kind support. We are thankful to them and to our staff members.
